Phil Steele has released his annual preseason All-American teams. Juniors Evan Engram and Laremy Tunsil earned first-team All-America honors at tight end and offensive tackle respectively while juniors Laquon Treadwell and Robert Nkemdiche earned second-team honors at wide receiver and defensive tackle.
Additionally, Steele released his preseason All-SEC list. The aforementioned Engram, Tunsil, Treadwell, and Nkemdiche all earned first-team All-SEC honors. Also, junior Tony Conner earned second-team All-SEC at defensive back. Seniors Aaron Morris, C.J. Johnson, and Denzel Nkemdiche earned third-team honors as did sophomore punter Will Gleason. Finally, sophomore Marquis Haynes earned fourth-team honors at defensive end while fellow sophomore Markell Pack earned the same honor at punt returner.
