A ton of plays have a run/pass option. One could put some criticism on Kelly too. I'm not being a Bo fan boy here. Kelly has the better skill set and still plenty of room to be developed. Bo was maxed out. However Bo made the right reads on that option more times than not. As simple as quick hits, short throws, and back shoulder hits. It took pressure off the O-Line and put the ball in his play makers hands more often. Perhaps Chad needs to be encouraged to not be scared to throw more out of that option, and that short/quick throws can be just as effective or more effective than runs for no gain or taking so much time to try and let routes develop that you either get sacked or hit a big play. That said... the play calling is horrific and should be evaluated. Freeze has to make the adjustments. Again... Kelly is a better QB. I'm not arguing for Bo here.
