My daily routine is something like this:
Wake up a little sluggish around 6 am. Hit the gym. Regret the "one last drink at minute 50:00 of the Podcast on my back porch."
Mid morning...."I'm not drinking anything tonight. I need a good nights rest."
Lunch....Check rivals to see if the podcast has uploaded.
Mid afternoon....been a long day.....I'll just drink one tonight.
8:00 PM "one last drink at minute 50:00 of the Podcast on my back porch."
Repeat.
