Trump is running 4 pts behind in Ohio but Portman is running 8 pts. ahead - this is the blueprint for the GOP to maintain control of the Senate and House. I listened to an interview by Sabato and Cook the other day and it noted that in many GOP House districts the GOP candidate was running 10 pts. ahead of Trump. That does not bode well for Trump's chances - if he can't close that gap with GOP voters he will get embarrassed in November.
