so what is the goal for the NFL protests? When people protest abortion clinics they do so because the goal is to stop abortions. When people protested the war in Iraq , they did so by openly stating the war must end. What is the goal of the NFL players? Police brutality ? You are more likely to get struck by lightning on your way to work than be unarmed and get killed by police. White people are more likely to get killed by police than any other race, and more blacks are killed by blacks just as more whites are killed by whites. So that argument doesn't stand. Racism ? Well good luck with that, the racism argument doesn't hold water. So what is it ? Here's the answer: there is no tangible , attainable goal right now. No goal has ever been stated for these protests.
