I have a 3-year old unit that blew a leak in the coil at the main unit outside. How when the unit is under warranty am I on the hook for everything but the part? Having to pay for $900 in Freon that their bunk ass part lost me seems egregious. With Freon and labor, I’m out 25% of the total cost of replacement on a warranteed unit.
