Can anyone fill me in on why Bama has had so much success generating such great production from its Running Backs and also why that hasn't always translated so well to the NFL (e.g. Glen Coffee, Trent Richardson, Mark Ingram, etc.)? I know talent obviously plays a huge role but that is only one component. Is it a particular staff member that coaches the RBs? Is Saban a RB genius (on the college level)?
