No other major sport allows officials to just eject someone from the competition.
Football, you get unsportsmanlike conduct. Basketball, you get technical foul. Hockey, you go to the penalty box.
I hate it when umps just eject folks. Baseball needs unsportsmanlike conduct, with a penalty attached. Maybe you add an out or lose an out or add a baserunner or something to that effect. After two, you get ejected. Either way, hot-headed, skin-thinned umps shouldn't just be able to eject a player or coach based on one instance.
