Here's the top 25 based on Points Per Commitment, the orange column. The second column (light blue) shows each team's Rivals Rankings.
It seems since the last time I posted one of these, Rivals has spent some time on re-evaluating those un-ranked, but committed, guys and also the RR5.3 guys. Some of the RR5.3 guys were moved to RR5.4. Not many went from RR5.4 to RR5.3 - maybe 2 or 3.
