Sorry if this has been discussed, I didn't see it. Should the original call have included a personal foul for a late hit along w/ the targeting call since JD is protected once he begins his slide? If yes, then we'd have gotten a 1st down even though the targeting was waived off. Thoughts @tsiskey and TIA.
