gets on, somewhere, not as HC but in some capacity. Mike Price was forgiven, Bobby Petrino etc. At some point even the non-believers have to give some forgiveness. There are NUMEROUS head coaches out there with things on they side that aren't acceptable. His crime was not under-age, same -sex, married etc. He was keeping his weakness on a cash basis with no one injured. Even Nutt was rumoured with the tv girl in Ar-kansas and we took his silly ass. Just saying'. Maybe Massage Envy reveals some names;<)

Would not be surprised to see Freeze back at Ole Miss. After reading Neal's story it looks pretty clear we were set up

You mean his account of what happened on Tuesday of the meetings before the COI?

LOL! A homer OM fan account written for homer OM fans. First, notice his story is based on what he claims he was told from sources there. Since there were only NCAA and OM people there, and since we know the NCAA people wouldn't talk to him, then he's getting his story from OM people.

Critical thinking, yo. Notice he didn't cover any other claims Leo made during that day? Notice he didn't mention the Tunsil events as part of that 2nd NOA?

There's a reason why.

Reading is hard Isn't it ? The reason he didn't mention Tunsil as second letter is because they weren't in there. In fact he state so in the article as the publicly available 2nd COI . He did mention claims Leo made that day multiple ones and he claims if Leo is a believable witness then Ole miss is in trouble ... Take of the hate colored glasses and read the actual freaking words and your wont make a fool of yourself

What does this mean?

Of course they were. The 2nd NOA was received in February of this year and focused on Tunsil's draft night messages.

The 2nd NOA was brought about because of Tunsil's draft night texts that showed he was asking Ole Miss for money. The NCAA had wrapped up the investigation prior and was about to move to setting a COI hearing date with Ole Miss. Then the Tunsil texts emerged, and the NCAA re-opened the investigation. They found more stuff, which led to the 8 additional charges that appeared in the 2nd NOA.

Class dismissed.

you Sir /maddam Are an imbecile. Oh so Class is dismissed lets see what I have learned. when I get proven wrong I change what I actually said and then arrogantly state how the second statement is correct .

Vitter said nothing came from draft night

Then why was Barney hit with a Show Cause? The NCAA wasn't even looking at him before draft night.

Again, the NCAA was wrapping up the investigation at that point. Then they re-opened it when draft night happened, and 8 more charges were tacked on as a result of what they found.

This shouldn't be that hard.

Consider the possibility that they reopened it before draft night without informing Ole Miss. There is evidence.

That's entirely possible, but all indications are that by that point they were wrapping things up. The investigation was over 3 years old by that point IIRC.
