We swept Oklahoma in the CWS finals, beat Arkansas 2 out of 3 (should have been 2 straight), beat Arizona like a drum in the regional, split 2-2 with MSU, and swept LSU for the first time EVER in Baton Rouge, and yet we don't have any players drafted in the first 2 rounds of the MLB draft and those teams had multiple players selected? Other teams of note that had multiple top 80 selections are VA Tech, Georgia Tech, Florida, and oh yeah, those life champions from Knoxville. I admit that I have Red and Blue glasses on, but I would take Dunhurst before every one of those catchers selected before him except possibly Parada from Georgia Tech. His defense was so valuable to us the last 3 seasons. I know Horton from Oklahoma was dominating late in the season, but so was Delucia. Did they not watch that 114-pitch complete game shutout to get us into the championship series? Someone who has more objectivity than I obviously do, what am I missing? That is all.
