The new commissioner of the SEC Greg Sankey has come out pretty adamant that he doesn't approve of that symbol on our state flag. If Mississippi had any sense they would immediately vote to change it.
Ole Miss not being in the SEC is a nightmare none of us wants to even possibly imagine. I SERIOUSLY doubt that would happen to both State or OM however. Surely he realizes that both schools have strongly advocated changing it. This is a good thing that both fanbases could strongly united behind to force change among the general population of the state.
