Both have chair backs. I do not have a parking pass, but you can easily park in the Oxford Intermediate School lot and make the half-mile walk down the nice paved rail trail to the Grove or Vaught. These are excellent seats from which you can scream obscenities at Saban and he will hear you. Face value $100 each. I am in Oxford.
