Lots of tradition and team specific things are in the game, with some omissions like VT doesn't have Enter Sandman cause it was expensive. Schools were asked to submit their unique traditions. Some schools provided sound bites for the game to use, the developers did their own on some others.

NIL sort of exists but not exactly, it depends on the game mode.

RTG only allows playing as 4-5 positions.
