I realize that I won't probably won't agree with their political stances, but to not even know the basics when you are getting a lifetime appointment to District Court is ridiculous. Even the ABA is saying people who are not qualified in their opinions are being confirmed. The questioner Kennedy(R-LA) was a prof at LSU Law School
