Saying this bill fixes a problem that doesn't exist simply isn't factual. There have been lawsuits filed against businesses that have refused service to same-sex couples. If the judge is a liberal, U can guess how the ruling is going to turn out.

My opinion, businesses/individuals should have the right to refuse service based on their religious beliefs. If they are adversely affected, then...that's their bad luck. Good way to figure out how strong their beliefs really are if they lose a lot of revenue. Gov't officials, should have no such rights.
