I recently posted about people Road Rebbing at basketball games (https://olemiss.forums.rivals.com/threads/sec-basketball-road-games-it-takes-a-village.376371/) and I meant it.
Some of you may recall (or even traveled with us) @CubbieReb last year rented a bus to take 50+ Ole Miss fans to Starkville for the basketball game.
This year we get em on a Saturday, Jan 18 and tickets go on sale tomorrow and @CubbieReb is back at it again renting a bus. Many of you couldn't go or were too far away to make the trip but you donated to help a student. This year we are hoping many of you will either join us for the trip or sponsor a student to go in your place.
If you are interested in attending, tickets + bus will run $85 after convenience fees (MSU nearly doubled their ticket prices for this game).
If you are interested in helping a student out, I broke it down into 3 levels of giving:
-Pay for their bus ride-$35
-Pay for their ticket-$50
-Pay for their bus & ticket-$85
Coach Beard wants to see the Rebels on the road, and I hope we can really turn a corner this season. If you don't live near Oxford but want to attend, we will let you know shortly where the tickets we purchased will be in case you are interested in buying nearby.
