I'm assuming that the rendering below is a later one since the border of the field is dark blue.
Is the area of the NEZ I have circled gonna be able to be built without moving the buildings or is this just a rendering which shows kinda what the NEZ bowl will potentially look like. Notice how the bowl appears to be above part of the buildings.
