So I’ve recently changed careers to teaching from a very strenuous, physical job of calibrating scales and throwing weights around. So far not working on a scale (and going cold turkey on sweets as well as fasting) I have dropped 30 pounds. I do cardio and walk a lot of steps now, but I need to start doing some strength training. Any tips or guide I need to check out?
