Swinney Angel and Ruggs

still in the wind? I can see maybe the injury bug on Swinney being a drawback and Ruggs suspension issue possibly holding back offers but Angel should be a serviceable guy. None of our defectors went to any big time programs I don't think. Not sure about the recent changes in transferring rules and who it really helps.

Swinney was a possible concussion on every carry because he liked to lower his head and ram butt the tackler. He missed a lot of practice time with concussions. Ruggs was always in trouble. Angel had talent but never enough to be in our top 2 at TE. Last year he would have been 4th string,
