Tech help please(sec plus)

I just bought home internet service that I don't have to be concerned with data usage.

I want to watch the baseball game tonight on the sec plus thingy.

I have dish network, at&t uverse, a smart tv.

I think I now have all the ingredients to do this but I have no clue as to how to hook it up, access it , and watch it.
