What does everyone think of him? He is going to be a very hot name in coaching searches this year, and if @NOLA_Lawyer mentions him as a possible candidate here, I believe it. Seems like when I've seen his name mentioned here, it has been met with resistance.
I think he will be this years "next big thing" coordinator getting a head job. USC will win a lot, he's going to put Sam Darnold in the top 5 of the draft and is the favorite to win the Heisman. He's also known as an outstanding recruiter.
The only negative I really see is no head coaching experience.
