Neal / Jeffrey - I have noticed recently that you're pretty bullish on Arkansas while not bullish at all on Tennessee. For full disclosure, I don't believe in UT just yet either, but I also don't believe in Arkansas. Why so bullish? It seems to me that you're looking at Arky's late season run as a positive but disregarding UT's. There is very little data to point to that suggests that Arky may have a breakout season. Sure, they ALMOST beat some people last season, but they didn't. Sure, they got better, but who didn't? Let's take a look at Arkansas, but bottom line, they have won 4 SEC games in 3 years. They beat an injury-riddled Ole Miss, a shell of a classic LSU team, a horrible Gene Chizik Auburn team that HF also beat his first season, and Kentucky. That's not impressive.
2012:
Recruiting class rank: 34th (12th)
Record: 4-8 (2-6)
2013:
Recruiting class rank: 27th (12th)
Record: 3-9 (0-8)
2014:
Recruiting class rank: 29th (12th)
Record: 7-6 (2-6)
2015:
Recruiting class rank: 25th (11th)
Record: ?-? (?-?)
So I would like for anyone to point to something that suggests that Arkansas is ready to buck the above trend. I just don't see it. They lost legit NFL talent and Brandon Allen is as milquetoast as they come.
I believe Arkansas finishes last in the West.
