The Rasmussen poll that has favored Republicans for years because the poll only calls voters with home or land line phones. The poor and the millennials are the ones most likely to only have mobile phones, which is probably why the poll leans to the right. Last week, the Rasmussen poll had Clinton with a 3 point lead.
