Delores Lozano recently winning her case against Baylor was a game changer in this matter. Jeff Lebby was the position coach of the Baylor running back, Devin Chafin, that repeatedly assaulted and abused Ms. Lozano. She contacted Lebby on more than one occasion about Chafin’s assaults and abuse and Lebby did nothing about it. When Ole Miss hired Jeff Lebby, these were all rumors and allegations. Now, a federal jury in late October has found Ms. Lozano completely credible and she won her suit against Baylor.
