Basically the current, socialist dictator has been soundly voted out.....his opponent got almost 70% of the vote. Yet because as a Socialist/Communist state, his crew controls the election board, so he had them change the results and name him the winner. It's looking like you could see a potential civil war down there, and he may very well have his opponents and their supporters jailed and/or murdered.
