Thoughts on Como, MS?

My MIL is thinking of purchasing a place in Como partly to use as a short term rental for game days, Double Decker, graduation, etc… do you all think that is too far away from Oxford to be viable? She was planning to provide a golf cart for folks to use to get to Como Steakhouse and the shops along Main St.

Appreciate all your thoughts and opinions…
