Unless Dak wants to try out at TE or LB he's riding the pine once Shea gets to Ole Miss.
For the foreseeable future the Rebels are going to be loaded at WR. If we want to keep them coming to Oxford we better have a QB that can spin it. As it stands today, Patterson is already the better passer.
If Dak's ceiling at QB was any higher than where he is right now he wouldn't be returning to Starkville next fall. Regardless of the BS that Rosebowl and co. put out about his draft projection, the scouts know he's not a man that can pass the ball at the next level.
The whole hypothetical trade scenario in the other thread was started by a mutt, maybe even fishoil with a new identity. Bottom line is Dak's a dog and Shea's a Rebel. Under no circumstances would I want it any other way.
