The Communist dictators in China and Russia (or Soviet Union) have all considered Christianity as a threat to their rule. So did Hitler. The present dictator in China is cracking down even more on Christians.
Dictators often use fear as a weapon to control the masses. People will obey when they feel their safety will be in danger if they don’t comply. Christians generally don’t fear government power as much as others due to the promise of everlasting life.
This explains the rising contempt in this country for Christianity. We have seen it now for several decades, but it is accelerating. “Holiday trees” and “”Christian Nationalists” are examples of language being adopted by the Left.
This also explains why an authoritarian like Joe Biden banned Easter Eggs with Christian symbols and declared Easter as some type of tranny day. Though that day has been declared March 31st in the past doesn’t prohibit him from designating any other day this week to honor trannies.
