A couple of compliments:

1. Nice voice on the video. She articulated her words pretty well, and I had no trouble hearing her.
2. Well dressed for the occasion. Her wardrobe looked professional and not just like some college student wearing a mixer shirt.

Having said that, two small critiques:

1. I could barely hear a word Treadwell was saying. Perhaps it was because the microphone wasn't close enough to his face because as I said I could hear her perfectly. She probably would have known it wasn't close enough to his face if she would....
2. Stop looking at her phone. Maybe it's me, but that is a huge pet peeve of mine, and she did this the entire interview. Not sure if she was looking at her notes or what, but if I was LT, that would be frustrating given that I'm talking time to answer your questions.
