I have been out of pocket and just saw the video. Maybe the video on this link is not the full video which is out, but it does not appear to be so bad, and it is EDITED. When one person is berating another, you have to show what the other person is saying to get a full picture of the situation. This towing company appears to be a scum bag business, just like a lot of towing companies. There is one in the Oxford area which charges exorbitant daily fees for "storage", post-towing, when people do not or cannot pick up their cars right away. It is a racket.
Edited to add - Reasonable daily storage fees are okay, but, at some point, the fees can become so excessive as to be extortion. Also, I have never had to pay these type fees, so this is not a personal gripe.
