With football season only a day away- felt like it was time to drop my Do's and Don'ts for the 2015 football season. The grove is filled with plenty of slams that are just waiting for you to drop a line and take em to your crib. Follow this guide, keep it and her Christian Louboutin pumps will be on your bedroom floor before midnight. AYYYYYY

- Any type of t shirt- t shirts should only be worn by your slam the next morning on her walk home.
- PFG performance gear- This is a football game not the Mississippi Gulf Coast Billfish Classic.
- Basic cotton polo - even if it is "ralph lauren" (lol) by the end of the day it looks like you got it at JC Penny.
- Peter Milar- gameday polo (if you go this route- your bottoms and accessories have on point)
- Any other button down that is pressed- excluding Ralph Lauren (lol) or anything with a company logo on the left breast pocket. If you have a whale/fish/dog etc. on your shirt- you're trying too hard, bro.
Don'ts-
- Shorts that are not part of a short suit combo. (Fig. 1 is acceptable) or shorts with inseam longer than 6 inches.

- Anything with pleats. 1995 called (amirite?).
- Non designer brand jeans or loose fitting jeans or any jeans that are light colored. Take your wranglers and GTFO.
- Plain front slim fit slacks.
- Shorts that with an inseam 6 inches or less.
- Skinny jeans dark wash.

- Hemp necklace
- flip flops/ chacos/ tennis shoes
- Watch
- Bow tie or skinny tie (skinny tie is peaking this season)
- color socks that match you pocket square or some other accent in your outfit.
- slim fit sports coat
- If you're going to wear a hat- go with a fedora and not in the sense that you think of a normal fedora. May I suggest the Brixton Messer Fedora
- As mentioned earlier, a tasteful short suit is really in right now. Any other light colored suit is acceptable for the first game.
