In the 24 Ole Miss football team?
Lack of dynamic athletes in the secondary. We have some good players and I feel like we’re trying to make up for this with age and experience.
Lack of experienced depth at LB. Love Perkins. Love Dudley. Not sure how I feel about Paul.
As far as being a real player for the National Championship, if we really are, we’ll be the first team that’s ever been constructed like this to do it. It’s always been teams like Bama and Georgia. Teams that have recruited at a top 5 level year after year with major depth and talent. Or last years Michigan team. A team that had some real high end talent, but not like those Bama and Georgia squads. They relied on years of experience and tons and tons of seniors that had been in the system.
My biggest hope is that we’re like that 19 LSU team. A team that is so explosive offensively that they get on a roll and build insane confidence by years end.
