What Howland accomplished in year 1 that AK has never done

Had a losing record - for the 6th time in his career. AK has yet to do that once.

However, if you listen to the leghumpers tell it then they will be in the final 4 in no time. Keep in mind that these are the same people who were convinced that they would win the SEC in basketball this season.

Much easier to turn around a basketball program than any other sport. I wouldn't waste time downing Howland until another year or two.
