I had a bout with a hotel company yesterday and today. Trying to book a room in downtown for a conference the first week of August. The lady yesterday completely botched the 4 night reservation and created 3 separate resevations. She split the stay into two 2 night reservations and then did another reservation for the entire stay....so I'm double booked.
Called this morning to cancel one of the reservations and was told that they have a non-cancellation policy. Called the hotel directly and the lady kept interrupting me and when I asked her to stop she hung up on me. I was literally shaking I was so mad.
Sooooo....
I've given the hotel terrible reviews on google, expedia, travelocity, and facebook. I've also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, disputed the charges on my card, and then cancelled said card.
Anything else I'm missing?
