Where to live/work in NW Arkansas

Looking at a change of pace. From Arkansas and love NWA. Not super familiar with Bentonville-Rogers-Springdale-Fayetteville. Work in engineering software and manufacturing. What are the best areas for a young family? Anyone work at Walmart and have feedback? Any other employers to look at?
