Who are the best offensive and defensive minds in College Football?

I saw somewhere else a similar subject being discussed. I realize some of the best minds are head coaches now and are not exempt.

I think on defense Saban, Muschamp, and Wommack come to mind.
I think on offense Gus, Meyer and Fisher come to mind.
