Why no ranking for Drake Davis

I'm sure I missed a thread on this back around the time he visited, but why is Drake Davis not ranked by Rivals? I see in the article after his visit that he was previous in the Rivals100, but no longer has a ranking.

Can someone fill me in on how a player goes from being in the Rivals100 to not being ranked?
