if you’re up late in a football game with the clock moving-(say less than 5 minutes), why not false start over and over? the clock starts again and runs until there is 2:00 left.
15 yards worth of penalties could knock off 2:00 of the clock or make a team use timeouts.. seems like a good trade off if you’re around midfield.
