Obviously blinded by the moment but there are some big head coaching decisions in this game where Freeze utterly failed.
1. Injuring his best player on a gimmick 3rd and 1 play
2. then proceeding to go for it on 4th and 1 with a toss sweep
3. going for it on 4th and 1 at your 30
4. stopping a team on 3rd down but accepting the penalty to allow them to convert
These were all in the first half and I'm sure there are more. I wish someone would ask Hugh if he ever feels that his playcalling responsibilities take away from his ability to manage the game as the head coach.
