About 40 minutes before kickoff, one of Texas’ coaches blew a whistle, assuming Sarkisian, and all the Texas players went jogging off the field into the tunnel. Within a minute, no more than two minutes, they all came jogging back onto the field and finished warming up before going back to the locker room for the final time before kickoff.
