Is NIL, The Portal, and Saban leaving the end of the SEC dominance?

Is SEC's 2 decades of dominance over? I would say the SEC has dominated the college football world for 20 years, but as you look at this new era, its very possible that has come to an end. For example, last season, the championship had 0 SEC teams in it for the first time in 10 years (Oregon vs OSU). This year, it looks like it very well could repeat itself, and have a CFP championship with no SEC teams.

My case for the end below:
- Alabama has pretty much resorted back to pre-Saban Bama, and will be good every year, but will not be going 12-0 anytime soon
- You have teams like Michigan winning big time QB recruiting battles with LSU (I know its one kid, but if he meets the hype, it will cost Kelly his gig)
- Notre Dame seems to be getting in the NIL space big time, which could be dangerous
- The Bama's, LSU's, Georgia's can no long stockpile talent, which was their strength for so long

Watching a lot on him this morning.

Tons of Matt Corral similarities to his game both good and bad.

Hell of an athlete and can really run with good change of direction.

Hard to exactly gauge arm quality, from what I seen I don’t see a cannon like Matty but a decent arm had and a lot of poor mechanics/tendencies to break like throwing off of the back foot a bit.

I don’t hate it if the price tag is super low. Would help push the room.

Something just happened in the Chargers-Broncos game that hadn’t happened since the 70s

Broncos punt with about 8 seconds in the half. Chargers player attempts a fair catches, but the bronco long snapper interferes. So 15 yard penalty with 0.00 on the clock.

Because it was a fair catch, the Chargers were able to elect to attempt a field goal from a free kick. Ended up being a 57 yard FG for the Chargers without having to snap the ball

I had no idea such a rule existed

Embarrassing

That all these talking heads are STILL toting the water for SMU and Indiana. How can none of them have an original thought? They all are being huge pansies and have to make sure we are being “fAiR.”

Until everybody accepts that W/L has to be scrapped, this will continue to happen. Use some f’n common sense. This is beyond brutal and actually flat out wrong to put these teams in this spotlight for them to get whooped down like this.

This has to be fixed.
