Local spot has a good margarita we want to make. The menu said the ingredients are Gran centenario Plata, agave nectar, sweet & sour, lime juice, orange juice and peirre-ferrand and dry Curacao. Liquor store didn't have the exact stuff but helped pick out some stuff. I have 1800 silver, agave nectar, sweet and sour, dry Curacao, limes and can get oj or oranges if needed.
Anyone have a good margarita recipe to help me out? I'm not real sure on the portions of each etc. Made one last night and it was fine but could have been better.
