It appears they’re finalizing making Charles Huff their next coach. If true, that’s a really good hire for them. He led Marshall to the Sunbelt championship this year
While I know there’s plenty of examples of great players playing in other leagues, I have to think some of these guys are just for depth. I also think some of these are going to be good players. The kid from Marshall is a really good player from what I’ve been told from a friend that’s a Marshall fan.

It’s been said that the staff’s portal approach isn’t just about getting the most talented players. There are other intangibles that are just as important.
Pay them what they’re worth - with the exception of Garrison. He needs to figure out coaching/talent evaluation or be replaced by someone more capable.

It’s time to burn it down. We need a real owner, fire the DEI GM, get a real coach, tank intelligently and get a real qb. You just cannot suck this bad when you’re trying to sell PSLs in an overpriced new stadium.
last year when we got the official announcement that Walter Nolen was transferring to Ole Miss. What a wonderful Christmas present! This year it appears we got coal and ashes. I am holding out hope that this isn't the end of good transfer news for Ole Miss, but time is short. Fingers crossed.
