1) please stop walking the batter right before their best players with the bases empty.
2) offense: I understand you basically flip a coin every game to see If you’re gonna be a good offense, or a terrible one…so plz JUST THINK about seeing the first pitch of an AB if their pitcher just hit someone, walked someone, gave up a hit, mound visit, we have runners on, or he’s thrown 94 pitches. You don’t have to take the first pitch. But maybe not 100% swing at every first pitch. Other coaches know this now I’m sure.
Oh, and if we could really use a ground ball to advance a runner, just think ab shortening up and guarding the dish. Just once.
