They are about to open baseball parks, soccer fields, and basketball courts but keeping pools at apartment complexes, gyms, and playgrounds closed. There will be a hour and a half time limit to use the above facilities and groups no bigger than 20. If you open one of those you might as well open the rest and a time limit isn’t going to affect anything. It’s just stupidity at this point
