I’m skeptical Lane can accomplish what he wants here with this staff. None of these guys were in their current roles at other big time jobs. Lane has to make difficult decisions or he will leave town.
For the record, I’m not done with Partridge but I am completely convinced the 3-4 isn’t going to work if we want to be elite. He learned that under Durkin. It was cute when we were rebuilding but won’t cut if if we want to make another leap. Can he learn and implement a different defense?
I don’t think Thornton is it at OL coach…Corrall running hid the lines issues last year IMO
