I have a few questions. I had a conversation with a Venezuelan immigrant the other day that had been here in Alabama for 3 months. He said that the organization that brought him here required that he live in Alabama for a year. Are there any laws the impose those requirements? If not what kind of organizations bring people here and impose those requirements? Is there potential for these immigrants being used to vote illegally? Could that be the reason these organizations are bringing them here? He works for Metro PCS.
