I have a question? I totaled my truck let in roll in my lake. When I called State Farm to start my claim they wanted to know where my truck was and I told them.
It’s been three weeks and haven’t heard a thing from them and my son calls and ask me if I had settled with State Farm I said no.
Turns out they had already came and got the truck and took it to Grenada and already had it for sale online. It’s still in my name and I have a clear title to it. When I called and asked they said they didn’t know it was for sale.
Question I have is should I pursue legal action on the matter. I do know it was illegal for them to do what they did
